Grove has become a leading player in the VSBA’s Kindergarten on School Site (KOSS) program.  The KOSS program looks to utilise the experience, resources and speed of modular contractors to construct turnkey, bespoke kindergarten facilities in an unobtrusive and timely manner.

As a pioneer within the program, Grove was selected to deliver three new learning facilities across Victoria in under 5 months. From managing design development, manufacturing, onsite upgrades and substantial landscape packaging, Grove mobilised its experienced project team to successfully deliver the first round of buildings.

Each building was conceptually designed to include an open space learning environment allowing for easily configured classrooms to meet the Kindergarten’s needs as well as an integrated custom-built playground.

By producing the modules offsite, Grove was able to drastically reduce disruption for the school site as well as reduce press and stress for the Kindergarten operators. Children can get access to their new high-quality learning environments quicker than a traditional build thus meaning construction time, costs and safety risks are reduced.
