Working with key stakeholders at one of the most prestigious coeducational schools in Australia, Grove Aust delivered a custom double storey building to facilitate the growing expansion of the school faculty.

Differing from most double storeys that are a purpose-built classroom, Haileybury’s is a dedicated staff facility which meant a whole new interior layout and design was required to meet the customer’s requirements.

Utilizing Grove’s skilled design team, they were able to come up with a unique layout which featured private offices, a kitchen, sitting room as well as open spaced offices. This means that an extra 50 staff members will now be able to enjoy a dedicated workspace.

The building boasts a visually striking embodiment of the schools’ colours on the exterior of magenta and black to provide an impactful finish. It also features a custom staircase which has been built to suit the layout of the existing structures surrounding the building given the tight parameters.
