Construct Grove delivers Lincolnville Kindergarten for VSBA and Moonee Valley City Council 5 August, 2026 All News Grove has delivered the new 99-place Lincolnville Kindergarten, marking the third early learning facility completed in partnership with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) and Moonee Valley City Council. The purpose-built kindergarten showcases Grove’s end-to-end modular delivery capability, with every stage of the project managed by our team, from design coordination and off-site manufacturing through to transport, installation, civil works, landscaping and final handover. Manufactured off-site over eight weeks, 20 modular units were transported to site and installed in just three days. Designed to support the needs of children, educators and families, the new facility comprises 18 purpose-built spaces, including three spacious 122m² learning rooms with integrated reading nooks, dedicated children’s amenities, two Maternal and Child Health consulting rooms, a general-purpose room, staff kitchen, office, accessible amenities, laundry and supporting storage spaces. Every area has been carefully designed to create a welcoming, functional and inclusive environment that supports modern early learning. The project extended well beyond the building itself. Grove completed the demolition of the existing kindergarten, extended local water infrastructure and transformed the site with approximately 1,220m² of custom-designed landscaping. The outdoor environment features timber seating, a yarning circle, sandpit, dry creek, mud play area, raised planter boxes, swings, softfall play areas and three large shade sails, creating engaging spaces that encourage outdoor learning, play and connection. Delivering the project on a challenging sloping site required careful planning and coordination, with Grove also completing all access infrastructure, including ramps, stairs, pathways and fencing to ensure the facility is safe, accessible and ready for the local community. Backed by 30 years of experience, Grove’s integrated delivery model enables complex education projects to be delivered with greater certainty, minimising disruption while ensuring quality outcomes for clients and communities. The completion of Lincolnville Kindergarten further strengthens Grove’s longstanding partnership with the VSBA and Moonee Valley City Council, reflecting a shared commitment to delivering modern, purpose-built facilities that support Victoria’s growing early learning sector. As demand for quality education infrastructure continues to grow, Grove remains committed to delivering innovative modular solutions that create lasting value for communities across Victoria.
