Purpose-built to perform, these caravans combine practicality and innovation, making them ideal for large on-site locations, site offices, or team lunchrooms.

Open Plan Layout
An open 7-metre floor plan provides complete flexibility, allowing the space to function as a mobile site office, a lunchroom, or both – tailored to your team’s needs.

Full-Featured Kitchenette
Includes a 427L fridge with bottom mount freezer, two microwaves, food warmer, and an instant boiling water system with both hot and filtered cold water taps.

Bathrooms
External access to two unisex toilets. Each includes storage cupboards and shelving, hand basins with flick mixer taps, and hand towel holders.

Power Independence

No power on-site? We’ve got that covered.
Each unit features roof-mounted solar feeding energy, delivering 240V power throughout. An onboard auto-start diesel generator with a 100L fuel tank provides backup power during overcast days or high-demand periods.
This system ensures enough energy to power your workspace – including computers, printers, power tools, and anything else critical to your team’s operations.

Comfort and Climate Control
Stay comfortable all year round with cooling an heating from a roof-mounted reverse-cycle air conditioner with inbuilt air purification.

Built for Efficiency and Safety
Each portable worksite is constructed using insulated composite sandwich panels with double-glazed awning windows and privacy screens – improving temperature control, energy efficiency, and noise reduction.

Bright internal LED lighting is motion-activated to conserve battery power, while exterior LED lights ensure visibility and safety during low-light conditions, with individual switches for each area.

Thoughtfully Designed for Convenience

High ceilings create a spacious feel and improve airflow.

Entry steps with built-in handrails provide safe and easy access.

Multiple 240V outlets with USB-A and USB-C ports throughout the open plan space make powering devices effortless.
