Grove Delivers New Learning Spaces at Birranga College

Grove delivered 3 brand new modular buildings at Birranga College, a new school opened by the Victorian School Building Authority for Day 1, Term 1, this year.

Project Overview

The new complex includes:

• 4-module Home Economics building
• 4-module Technology building
• 5-module General Purpose Classroom (GPC) building

The total floor area of the complex is approximately 410m², with interlinking decks and ramps providing seamless access between buildings and creating a fully integrated learning precinct.

Delivery Highlights

Grove’s modular construction approach enabled rapid delivery without compromising quality:

• Factory build time: 12 days per building
• On-site installation: 4 weeks
• New Build: Turnkey-ready, with handover-ready buildings in 4 weeks

By combining precision off-site construction with efficient on-site assembly, Grove was able to deliver the complex on schedule, ready for the start of the school year.
