Pentland Primary School: A Fast-Tracked Modular School Delivery

Grove is proud to announce the successful completion of a new double-storey modular school building for Pentland Primary School. Handed over in November 2025, the school was ready to welcome students for Day 1, Term 1 2026.

This project demonstrates the advantages of modern modular construction. The school comprises of 12 modules, including two stair towers, which were manufactured offsite in just 12 days. By building the modules offsite, we are able to maintain high-quality standards while drastically reducing construction and on-site time.

Delivering a project within a tight timeframe and in a fully operational school presented several challenges, all of which Grove successfully managed. Some challenges included:

• The project was completed within 2-3 months of the order receipt, showing Grove’s ability to fast-track delivery without compromising quality.
• Works carried out while the school was fully operational, ensuring the safety of students, teachers and parents. Noise and delivery scheduled were carefully managed to avoid disruptions.

The new double-storey facility provides modern, flexible spaces designed to meet the needs of students and staff for Pentland Primary School.
