Grove was pleased to host the Deputy Premier and Minister for Education, The Hon. Ben Carroll MP, alongside Member for Pakenham, Emma Vulin MP, at its headquarters in Pakenham last week.

The visit provided an opportunity to demonstrate how Grove’s advanced modular construction methods are setting a new benchmark for the rapid delivery of education infrastructure across Victoria.

During the tour, the Deputy Premier observed the speed, precision and scale of Grove’s end-to-end operations – from factory floor to site installation. One of the key highlights included a touring recently completed kindergarten that is ready to be delivered to site in order for a Day 1, Term 1 2026 handover.

As a major local employer, Grove is committed to creating jobs and supporting economic growth in outer metropolitan and regional areas. The company’s Pakenham workforce now exceeds 300 people and continues to grow in line with increasing demand.

Grove also outlined its strong support of local industry through supply chain partnerships, with 97% of materials used in its education projects sourced from within Victoria. Compared to traditional in-situ construction, Grove’s modular delivery is up to 60% faster, more cost-efficient, and significantly reduces waste through optimised design and manufacturing processes.

The Deputy Premier reinforced the importance of delivering high-quality educational facilities to meet the needs of a growing population and acknowledged that Grove’s operations will help shape future thinking at a State level.

With more than 20 years of experience in delivering government education projects, Grove continues to challenge traditional models of construction – driving innovation, quality, and sustainability in the delivery of learning environments for the next generation.

We are proud to be delivering smarter, faster, and more sustainable solutions for Victoria’s schools and kindergartens. This visit was a valuable opportunity to demonstrate how modular construction can meet the needs of growing communities, while creating local jobs and supporting Victorian industry.
